To ensure that all guests have a pleasant, safe, and comfortable stay, the following house rules apply at Altenbroek. By entering our buildings and grounds, you agree to these house rules. We kindly ask you to respect them and always follow any instructions from our staff.

 

 

General house rules

 

  1. All instructions from Altenbroek staff relating to these house rules must always be followed.
  2. In the event of a fire, remain calm. Report the fire immediately to reception and/or activate the nearest manual fire alarm.
  3. In the event of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately and follow the indicated escape route.
  4. A valid identity document must be shown at check-in. Check-in is only possible from the age of 18.
  5. Security cameras are installed at various locations within our buildings. By being present within Altenbroek, you consent to camera footage being recorded for safety purposes.
  6. We ask that found items be handed in at reception.
  7. Altenbroek is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  8. The management, owner, and staff of Altenbroek cannot be held liable for material or immaterial damage or injury arising during your stay.
  9. Pets are only allowed on request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
  10. It is not permitted to take Altenbroek property outside the buildings. In the event of intentional damage or loss, the costs of repair or replacement will be recovered from the person responsible.
  11. Alcoholic beverages are not served to persons under the age of 18. In case of doubt, our staff may ask for a valid identity document.
  12. It is prohibited to use, trade, or possess narcotics within the buildings and accommodations of Altenbroek.
  13. We ask you to respect the tranquility of our location and the surrounding nature. Noise nuisance, loud music, disruptive behavior, or other forms of nuisance are not permitted.
  14. Altenbroek is completely smoke-free. Smoking, the use of e-cigarettes, and vapes is not permitted in the buildings, rooms, and suites. In the event of a violation, we will charge €250 in cleaning costs per room. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately.
