All-round employee - front office

For Hotel Altenbroek, we are looking for an All-round Front Office Employee. You are the first and last face our guests see, and with your personal attention, you make the difference in their stay. In your role, you focus on the front office, but you are just as flexible in helping out in the restaurant or during events.

Who you are

No two days are the same, and that is exactly what you enjoy. You do everything with attention to the guests and ensure that they feel welcome from the very first moment.

  • For the guests, you are the first face they see and you provide a hospitable experience, from arrival to departure;
  • You support guests with check-in and check-out and are happy to answer all their questions;
  • You get energy from pampering guests. With genuine attention and a sense of service, you ensure that they can fully relax and enjoy their stay.
  • If necessary, you prepare and take care of the breakfast buffet, make sure everything looks well presented and inviting, and easily make a good cup of coffee.
  • You serve quickly and attentively, read your guests, and know how to make an appropriate suggestion at the right moment, whether that is bringing a glass of champagne or a bottle of water to the room;
  • You have an eye for quality and know how to enthusiastically engage guests in the story behind the hotel, the restaurant, or the surroundings.

Education and work experience
 

  • At least secondary vocational education level of working and thinking;
  • You have experience in Front Office and F&B and know what it is like to run a versatile operation;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages. 
     

Salary and employment conditions
 

  • Fulltime or Parttime
  • Salary in accordance with Horeca Forma | Reference position receptionist | Cat 6 € 17.33 - € 21.15
  • Pension scheme;
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract (38 hours);
  • Room to grow, learn, and develop yourself within Hotel Altenbroek or one of the other ECLECT hotels;
