Who you are
You are working on implementing standards, training the team, and safeguarding a professional and guest-oriented execution on the floor. You ensure that everyone knows what is expected and how we work. The focus is on establishing structure, quality, and rhythm within the F&B department. You keep a close eye on the basics: clear work instructions, well-trained employees, and a consistent guest experience.
Your working day
You step in where needed, are visible on the floor, and keep an overview at the same time.
- You manage the daily F&B operation across breakfast, restaurant, bar, banqueting, and events. You are visible on the floor, support the team, and ensure the service runs smoothly.
- You translate the F&B concept to the workplace and ensure that menus, service standards, and working methods are carried out correctly.
- You actively raise the guest experience to a higher level by continuously focusing on service, presentation, and hospitality. You identify opportunities for improvement on the floor and immediately translate these into concrete actions with the team.
- You monitor and check hygiene, cleanliness, and safety within the F&B department.
- You train, guide, and coach the F&B team. You ensure clear explanations, good onboarding processes, and a positive working atmosphere.
When you make the difference
You make impact at the moments that matter:
- You make hospitality visible in behavior, collaboration, and results.
- You take ownership and feel responsible for the whole.
- You radiate positivity and energy and know how to bring teams along with you.
- You think creatively, see opportunities, and come up with solutions.
- You are flexible, adapt quickly to changes, and remain calm when things go differently than planned.
