Who you are
You see details before they become a problem and have a good sense of what guests need. Hospitality comes naturally to you. For the team, you are approachable and involved: someone who helps out, thinks along, and brings calm during busy moments. For the location, you are the stable and structured force who works with care and dedication.
Your working day
You step in where needed, are visible on the floor, and keep an overview at the same time.
- Guest experience: You ensure a warm and personal stay, respond quickly to wishes or complaints, and see opportunities to surprise guests;
- Daily hotel operations: You manage the daily operations and ensure that the centrally established SOPs are applied and checked;
- Team & culture: You help build an engaged team. You help create clear expectations, efficient planning, and a positive working atmosphere;
- Quality & safety: You monitor and check hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the hotel;
- Cost control: You have an eye for costs and efficiency in operations, identify deviations, and discuss them with the person ultimately responsible.
When you make the difference
- You make hospitality visible in behavior, collaboration, and results;
- You take ownership and feel responsible for the whole;
- You radiate positivity and energy and know how to bring teams along with you;
- You think creatively, see opportunities, and come up with solutions;
- You are flexible, adapt quickly to changes, and remain calm when things go differently than planned.
