Trainee Front of House

You want to learn what hospitality truly means, and you do that by doing, participating, and experiencing. For the front-of-house team at Hotel Altenbroek, we are looking for an intern with passion and eagerness to learn. Hotel Altenbroek is tucked away in the green landscape of the Voeren region. A 14th-century castle farm where tranquility, nature, and character come together, and where guests can truly get away from it all.

The estate is part of ECLECT – a hospitality label building an eclectic mix of characterful boutique hotels.

Your workday
 

  • You welcome the guests with your radiant smile and learn how to create a hospitable atmosphere;
  • You take orders, prepare meeting rooms, and serve drinks and dishes according to fixed instructions and methods;
  • You learn how to organize your work environment and also comply with HACCP guidelines and hygiene standards.
