At Hotel Altenbroek, we are looking for an all-round service employee who makes the difference from the very first welcome. 

Hotel Altenbroek is tucked away in the green landscape of the Voer region. A 14th-century castle farmstead where tranquility, nature, and character come together, and where guests can truly get away from it all. 
The estate is part of ECLECT – a hospitality label that is building an eclectic mix of boutique hotels full of character.  

Your working day 

Days are always different, and that is exactly what you enjoy. You work in the restaurant and just as easily step in at the hotel – always with an eye for the guests.  

  • For the guests, you are the first point of contact and ensure a welcoming experience from arrival to departure;
  • You serve efficiently and attentively, read your guests, and know the right moment to make an extra suggestion;
  • You work accurately, ensuring orders are correct and guests can relax and enjoy themselves.

Salary and employment conditions 
 

  • Salary in accordance with the Horeca collective labor agreement | Reference position all-round service employee scale 4 (NL) \\ Assistant waiter category 2 (BE)
  • Flexible: you enjoy working at different moments, times, and on weekends;

  • 25 vacation days based on 38 hours;
