HOUSE RULES

Below you will find the main house rules that apply within Landgoed Altenbroek. We ask you to respect and accept these rules when you enter our premises and buildings.

  1. All instructions from Landgoed Altenbroek staff related to these house rules must always be followed.
     
  2. Remain calm in case of fire. Report the fire to the reception and/or activate the nearest fire alarm.
     
  3. Leave the building immediately in the event of a general fire alarm.
     
  4. A valid ID must be presented at check-in. Check-in is possible from the age of 18.
     
  5. Cameras are installed in various places within the building. Everyone in our hotel consents to being recorded. 
     
  6. Lost and found items must be handed in at the reception.
     
  7. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings.
     
  8. The management, the owner of this location, and/or persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may experience.
     
  9. Pets are allowed within Landgoed Altenbroek based on request and availability (additional costs apply).
     
  10. It is not allowed to take property of Landgoed Altenbroek outside the buildings. In the event of deliberate damage to property, Landgoed Altenbroek holds those involved liable for the repair and/or replacement costs of these properties.
     
  11. We do not serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18. Our staff may ask for a valid ID if in doubt.
     
  12. It is not allowed to consume, trade, and/or possess drugs within the buildings of Landgoed Altenbroek. This also applies to the rooms/suites.
     
  13. We ask you to respect the natural peace and quiet of our location. Therefore, it is not allowed to cause disturbance by listening to loud music, unruly behavior, or causing other types of noise.
     
  14. Landgoed Altenbroek is completely smoke-free. Therefore, smoking is not allowed within our buildings. This smoking ban also applies to the rooms/suites. The use of e-cigarettes and vapes is also not allowed. If management determines that the smoking ban has been violated, the cleaning costs amount to €250 per violation per room. You must also leave the hotel.
